To prove the quality standard & gain the confidence, we shall be applying for various quality accreditations programs like CBSPD, APSIC, AAMI, AORN, WFHSS, JCI, NABH, ISO, etc. We will show live video feed of the production plant & can also share the access for the same for random visit. The virtual or physical tour can be provided.
Q: Location: The distance between Hospital & outsources sterilization processing unit?
We will have fleet of vehicles that shall cover the distance & will have fix pick up & drop schedule for the empanelled hospital.
Q: In case of Vehicle Breakdown?
The hospital shall have at least one pair of ready inventory available with them any time to co ver the possibility of such incidence.
Q: What logistic process shall be carried out?
The delivery vehicle shall be closed from all end with temperature & humidity control. The vehicle will be fitted with stainless steel trolleys in which sterilized material will be stored in secondary packaging. Once the vehicle reaches hospital then trolleys will be taken out, wheeled in the hospital premises & then open for delivery of packages. Different trolleys will be assigned for pick up of used sets.
Q: What about the process of cleaning instrument soon after surgery?
We will be providing special jars of fluid with which only soiled instrument shall be cleaned & kept in tray with other instruments. The detail washing shall take place at our unit.
Q: Will cleaning chemistry used by us comply with Manufacturer’s Instruction?
We have designed standard operating procedure & trained our staff for cleaning & managing all kind of instruments & equipments available in the hospital. Still in case of any loss because of using any particular sterilization technique, then we shall take full responsibility for it.
Q: What about current instrument inventory?
In case you opt for Instrument Renting model, then we will buy your current inventory (only defect free instruments).
Q: What if hospital has any specific requirement of Instruments per set or Drape specifications?
At the time of audit, special emphasize will be given to understand the contents & requirement of the hospital sets & same will be replicated to best possible way to make hospital comfortable in using our sets.
Q: What if the quality of Instrument & Drape provided by the outsourced sterilization department is not up to the mark?
Before the start of contract the quality of instrument & drapes will be cross checked with the hospital & once they will approve then only it will be delivered.
Q: What if instrument is lost?
All instruments will be tagged with RFID chips & connected with instrument tracking software that shall give all meticulous information about the instruments. At every delivery & receiving of instrument sets, the tags will be scanned & counting will be done without even touching the instruments.
Q: What if instrument is damaged?
We will have in house Instrument Maintenance Department that shall work on minor damages like sharpening of scissor & keep instrument up to the mark. Moreover, at the time of induction, instrument life i. e. no. of cases instrument can be used will be defined in the instrument tracking software & every instances when instrument comes for processing then previous history will be checked like no. of times it underwent maintenance & remaining turns to be used. At the time of expiry this instrument shall be automatically discarded from the system.
Q: In case Sterilization Job Work is opt, what if all instruments are mixed up?
In case of Job Work, the pack sets of instruments & drapes will be provided by the hospital. We will only sterilize the content & hand it over back to the hospital. If hospital wishes, we can print bar code or hospital name on the instruments with our laser-printing machine for their security purpose
