SPD INDIA Test Helix indicator is classified as Class 5 according to ISO 11140-1 standard. The PCD or Process Challenging Device is used along with the load. The PCD is designed such that it creates resistance for sterilant Steam or EO to penetrate in it. The indicator placed inside the device changes its color in spite of the resistance proves that all or most of the sets are sterilized.
